1) Scope & Role

This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect Personal Data when you visit our websites, contact us, or receive our services (consulting, software development, AI/ML, integrations, support) (the "Services").

  • For our own websites, billing, sales, and support, we act as a data user/controller.
  • When we process data on behalf of a client inside a project or managed environment, we act as a data processor (GDPR "processor"). In that case, your contract/DPA with us controls.

2) What We Collect

We collect the minimum required, but we do collect what we need to do the job.

Data you give us

  • Identity & contact: name, company, title, email, phone, country.
  • Account & auth: usernames, role, access logs (if we host or manage environments).
  • Project content: specs, sample data, documentation, code or datasets you provide.
  • Billing: addresses, tax ID, transaction metadata (card details handled by payment processors).
  • Communications: emails, tickets, meeting notes, call recordings (where lawful and notified).

Data we get automatically

  • Usage & device: IP, user agent, pages viewed, referrers, timestamps, coarse location.
  • Cookies/SDKs: strictly necessary cookies; optional analytics (see Cookies §8).

From third parties

  • Lead sources, channel partners, anti-fraud, KYC where required, and public records.

Note: We don't intentionally collect data from children under 16. If we find it, we delete it.
